The Brasserie is know for their relaxed vibe, delicious plates, and thoughtful ever-changing cocktail menu. They opened in 2015 and are making waves in Camillus. Join us to see what it is all about!

While studying abroad, The Brasserie Co-Founder Michele Roesch fell in love with the simplicity and charm of the French brasserie.  The brasseries were places of familiarity where customers relaxed in comfort to socialize and enjoy distinctive French cuisine and drink. When Michele returned from her travels she envisioned bringing such a place to Camillus, New York. Michele partnered with her mother, Nora, to bring their vision to life and together they set forth to build The Brasserie Bar & Bistro.

Depending on attendance, we will have one table of 15 or two tables of 10. Simply ask for Syracuse Eating Club reservation.

Every attendees must complete the registration and purchase a ticket for both you and each of your guest. The attendance fee is $5 or completely waived for those with annual memberships. Email syracuse@theeatingclub.co with any questions.
